1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, listing your business, or otherwise using TRAVAX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TRAVAX.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or submitting a listing.
3. Listings & Content
You are responsible for all information, text, images, and materials you provide (“Content”).
You must not post false, misleading, unlawful, or offensive content.
TRAVAX reserves the right to edit, remove, or reject any listing that violates these Terms or our policies.
Free listings apply only to artisans and handmade businesses until Dec 2025. From Jan 2026, a $5/month fee applies.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid listings include Business for Sale, Franchises, and Lenders/Funding Partners.
2025 Launch Pricing: $49/month.
From Jan 2026: Business for Sale → $99/month | Franchises → $149/month | Lenders → $199/month.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancelled listings remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Use of Services
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform for spamming, fraud, or illegal activity.
Copy, resell, or exploit TRAVAX content or data without permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of the website/app.
7. Intellectual Property
TRAVAX owns all rights to the website, app, design, and content (excluding user-provided listings).
You grant TRAVAX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing content.
8. Limitation of Liability
TRAVAX provides a platform for connecting businesses and opportunities. We do not guarantee sales, funding, or business outcomes.
TRAVAX is not responsible for agreements, disputes, or transactions between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRAVAX disclaims liability for damages resulting from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Fail to pay subscription fees.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of TRAVAX after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
